Beyond the ordinary

Tom the company director has previously worked within the Royal Air Force, HM Prison Service and the Motor trade holding down a variety of roles from Sales Executive to Sales Manager . I am process driven and expects customer service to be at the forefront of this business. 

As a family man, I enjoy in my free time, Fishing normally over in the Lincolnshire Wolds with my son. Walking my beloved dogs and watching live music in many locations.

In 2025 after getting disheartened by the motor industry and the staff, not having my work ethic or attitude towards customer service, I believed that it was time to set up my own company where by I can achieve and surpass all my customers expectations, ensuring that every business we cater for is 100% satisfied at all times, delivering a professional approach with a Value for money!!! 

As I have stated for many years  ''Its not doing a job once that makes you succeed its getting repeat business and word of mouth recommendations that makes you successful. Treating customers as friends and family not just anyone will achieve this. It takes 1 second to make a first impression and a lifetime to change it if you get it wrong''
